The Pantiles and the old town below the common, the hill houses at Calverley Park, Mount Ephraim and Bishops Down, and the Victorian villas split into flats across the middle of it. Listed frontages, very limited standing, and staircases that turn twice before the first landing.
TN9 · TN10 · TN11
More postwar and modern housing, more driveways, and far fewer listed frontages to protect. The High Street and the castle side are the tight part; everything behind it is predictable work and the bulk of it by volume.
TN2 · TN12
Pembury's estates with their driveways and turning space, the older village around the green, and the orchard country running east. The A21 on the doorstep makes this the quickest belt to start a long move from.
TN3 · TN4 · TN6
Southborough and High Brooms along the A26, then out through Langton Green and Speldhurst to the Ashdown Forest lanes. Single-track approaches, low branches and unmade drives decide the vehicle here, so nothing is quoted without a look first.

Because the job genuinely differs between them — a Tonbridge driveway and a Mount Sion terrace are not the same day's work.
Beyond that we move people out of the area constantly — to London, along the south coast, west into Hampshire and Dorset, north for work, and abroad. A long-distance move from here starts on the A21 and is planned with a realistic first leg rather than an optimistic one.
